Your Watchlist is a personal list of judges you want to monitor. When you save a judge, CaliforniaCourtIntel begins watching for new tentative rulings, attorney observations, and profile changes on your behalf.
To save a judge, open their profile and click the Bookmark icon (outlined star) in the top-right corner of the profile header. The icon fills solid to confirm the judge is saved. You can also save a judge directly from any search result card by clicking the bookmark icon on the card.
To view all your saved judges, click Saved in the left sidebar of your dashboard. From the Saved Judges page you can see each judge's most recent ruling and the date of the last activity.
Managing your watchlist. To remove a judge, click the filled bookmark icon on their profile or on the Saved Judges page and confirm the removal. Removing a judge stops all watchlist alerts for that judge but does not affect any hearings you have already added.
Alert settings for saved judges. By default, saving a judge enables email alerts for new tentative rulings. To customize alert frequency or disable specific alert types, go to Settings, then Notifications, then Saved Judge Alerts. You can set alerts to real-time, daily digest, or weekly digest.
Watchlist limits by plan. Free accounts can save up to 5 judges. Pro accounts can save up to 50. Firm and Enterprise accounts have unlimited saved judges. If you hit a limit, you will be prompted to upgrade or remove an existing saved judge.
