5. Subscription and Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

By submitting observations, you grant CaliforniaCourtIntel a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, aggregate, and display your contributions. You agree not to submit confidential, privileged, or personally identifiable information about case parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
CaliforniaCourtIntel shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to reliance on judicial intelligence information.
