Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with row-level security policies ensuring users can only access their own data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Your Rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to request deletion of your personal data, know what data we collect, and opt out of data sharing. Contact us at privacy@californiacourtintel.com to exercise these rights.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion request, personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized observation data may be retained for aggregate intelligence purposes.
