Reporting inaccurate information

How to flag incorrect judge profile data, wrong courthouse assignments, or outdated information.

Updated March 25, 2026Data & Privacy

Maintaining accurate judge profile data is a shared responsibility. Our automated systems keep most profiles current, but court assignments change, judges retire, and scrapers occasionally miss an update.

The fastest way to report an inaccuracy is to use the Report an Error button at the bottom of every judge profile page. Select the type of inaccuracy, provide a brief description of what is wrong, and include a link to the correct public source if possible.

For urgent corrections, email data@californiacourtintel.com with the subject line Urgent: Profile Correction. Include the judge's name, the error, and the correct information with a source link. We treat these as same-day corrections when possible.

If you believe information on a profile should not be displayed publicly, contact legal@californiacourtintel.com. We will review your concern within 48 hours.

For corrections to attorney-submitted observations, use the Flag Observation button on each observation card. Flagged observations are reviewed by our moderation team and removed or corrected within 24 hours if the flag is valid.
