Managing your subscription

View your current plan, update billing details, download invoices, and understand what's included.

Your subscription and billing details are managed from Settings, then Billing. You need to be logged in to access this page.

The Billing page shows your current plan (Free, Pro, Firm, or Enterprise), your next renewal date, the card on file, and a list of past invoices you can download as PDFs.

To update your payment method, click Update Payment Method on the Billing page. You will be redirected to a secure Stripe-hosted payment form. CaliforniaCourtIntel never stores your full card number. All payment data is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

If a payment fails, CaliforniaCourtIntel will attempt to re-charge automatically for up to 7 days. During this window you retain full access. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier. No data is deleted when an account is downgraded.
